Norway Open 2023

The Norwegian Table Hockey Association is once again inviting the table hockey community to Norway for the annual World Tour tournament, Norway Open. This year's tournament will be hosted in Kvernaland, which is the largest table hockey community in Norway. Situated just a short 10-minute drive away from the previous world championship venue in Bryne, Kvernaland offers the perfect setting for this year's tournament.

Transportation on game day will be provided from Sandnes or Bryne to ensure a smooth transition for all participants. For your accommodation needs, we recommend staying in either Sandnes or Bryne. Sandnes is easy to get to from the airport, taking the 42 bus which goes directly to Sandnes City Centre. If public transport is not easily accessible to your hotel, we will do our best to help with shuttle.

Participation fee: 300 NOK. 150 NOK for juniors and 200 NOK for foreign players


After party venue will be in Kverneland. It will be at a local pub not to far from the trainstation. There will be served Pizza and se have got a good price with 39 kr per beer from the start to 22:00. All juniors can participate to 22:00 at an own table.

Price:150 NOK

For lunch there will be tomato supe server with bread and salad. Price 100 NOK for per ordered. 140 NOK for drop in.

It will be possible to take a shower at the playing venue.

10:30 Basic Groups
12:30 Lunch
13:30 Final- and placement groups
15:00 Play-offs
19:00 Award ceremony
20:30 After Party!

Playing System:

Basic Groups:
2 groups
8 from each group will proceed to the Final Group. The rest will go to Division 2.
You will take points from the Basic groups with you to the final group.

Final and placement group:
Final group everyone will go on to Play off 1/8. Best of 7.

Division 2 there will be quarterfinals. Best of 5.
